Artem Belov: Capex will be retained in 2022
Capex is compensation for the direct costs incurred for the construction and modernization of agricultural facilities. Earlier, the Ministry of Agriculture planned to cancel this support measure, explaining this by its insufficient effectiveness.
‘Earlier it was discussed that 2021 is the last year for capex in the production of raw milk. However, capex will be prolonged, including the planned emergence of a number of new areas, such as supporting only for producers, but also processors who have faced serious difficulties due to lower profitability,’ explained Artem Belov.
Earlier, Artem Belov reported that by the end of 2021 dairy producers will receive an additional 11 billion rubles of state support to maintain business profitability.
