Abinsky dairy plant: labeling in the dairy industry will work until the first failure
‘It's sad but they don't hear us. A complete collapse in the industry is inevitable. These people do not know what they are doing. They will come to their senses when the milk will flow like a river, and the shelves will be empty. Hundreds of enterprises will not be able to implement the labeling system technically and practically. Solid excuses, but in fact, in industrial operation, this will work until the first failure. After which the lines will be stopped, and the next milk shipments will not be accepted. The dairy industry works like a clock, the entire production cycle is calculated in minutes. Any delay or failure will lead to disruption of deliveries, damage to the product... Losses, downtime, and many other problems that the authors of this resolution will face. Those who call Head of Soyuzmoloko Artem Belov a foreign agent they themselves lobby for the interests of the CATD - the roots of which grow fr om the Cayman Islands. Think about what you are doing. You have dug a hole for the whole dairy industry A little more, you will push there such a fragile structure, which already has many difficulties. Delaying the introduction of labeling in milk will not solve anything,’ said the representative of the company.
It is worth reminding that earlier, a meeting on the introduction of labeling of dairy products in "Honest Mark" system was held in Krasnodar region.
The press was not given the opportunity to participate in it until the end, but even what they heard was enough to form a certain picture.
Alexey Kondratenko, a member of the Agrarian Committee of the Federation Council, visited the printing house and the Korenovsky Dairy and Canning Plant before the meeting, wh ere preparations are underway for the introduction of a labeling system. According to the senator, he saw firsthand that there are many problems and they need to be solved first of all by the operator of the CATD and the regulator - the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
‘I want to note that there is a resolution on the mandatory introduction of labeling of dairy products, but state support is completely absent today, it is not in any regulatory documents, neither for enterprises, nor for small businesses, nor for printing houses,’ said the senator. ‘Resolutions on labeling and state support should have been adopted once in one day. Unfortunately, there is no second decree on state support, and this is wrong.
Also, the issues of labeling on high-speed lines remain unresolved. The CATD, in turn, declares its readiness to solve problems individually with each enterprise, as well as the low cost of implementing the system. For the most part, the dairy industry is divided between those who are ready to seek relief and implement labeling and those who continue to resist the introduction of a system that does not solve many of the stated problems.
