13 milk processing enterprises are registered in the "Honest Mark" system in Saratov region

According to the regional Ministry of Agriculture, the dairy processing industry of the region is represented by 20 companies, of which 13 were registered in the state information system for monitoring goods "Honest Mark", writes The DairyNews.
According to the relevant department, regional enterprises are preparing for mandatory labeling, which will be introduced since June 1, 2021 for the categories "ice cream" and "cheese". On the territory of the region, two organizations are engaged in the production of ice cream - LLC Saratov-Kholod Plus and LLC Engelsky Dairy plant. Both companies have registered in the "Honest Mark" system and are at the stage of implementing mandatory labeling. Six factories of Saratov region, specializing in the production of cheeses, are also in the preparation stage, having been registered on the website of the state information system for monitoring goods.
